In the fourth year of his professional journey, Justin received an enticing offer from Robert Bosch, marking the pinnacle of his corporate ventures. However, Justin's entrepreneurial spirit beckoned, and in 2012, he founded Skor Minda Tutorial Centre. As a Math and Physics tutor, Justin shared his knowledge and passion for education.

The year 2014 witnessed a transformative chapter as Justin delved into programming. A self-taught programmer, he absorbed knowledge from books and YouTube tutorials, paving the way for the creation of his first software company, Nova Web Business. Over the years, Justin has successfully completed over 200 websites and web applications, earning Nova a reputation as a top-leading software house in Penang with over 70++ ratings and features on Trusted Malaysia, Product Nation, and other esteemed platforms.

In 2023, Justin's entrepreneurial journey evolved with the establishment of Code Genius, a software training house dedicated to delivering quality coding classes and bootcamps. Catering to a diverse audience, including students, undergraduates, and working adults, Code Genius has become a sought-after destination for companies seeking to upskill their staff in the latest web technologies.

At present, Code Genius specializes in Advance HTML, Advance CSS, and Advance Javascript, laying a strong foundation for aspiring developers.
